XX PARFUM LAB - REFUND POLICY (U.S. ONLY)
At XX Parfum Lab, every parfum is custom-built to order based on your unique scent description. Because of this, all sales are final.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or replacements for items that are:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect items received
Fragrance is highly subjective, and each bottle is created specifically for you. For that reason, we cannot accept returns based on personal scent preference.
If There's an Issue With Your Order
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.
Response Time
We are a small-batch operation, and every order is built by hand.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for a response
- Excludes weekends and holidays
We appreciate your patience while we craft and fulfill each order.
Shipping Policy Scope
- We currently ship within the United States only
- No international orders at this time
Final Note
Each XX Parfum Lab creation is a custom, living parfum, built fresh in bottle, just for you.
Because of this, all purchases are non-returnable once fulfilled, except in cases outlined above.
